4. The Respondent was my father. At the time of the crime, there was currently in
place family court ordered visitation. On the day of the crime, I had just visited the Respondent at
his residence.
5. When I got home from his house on May 30, 2010, I was googling “fathers and
daughters having sex.” My mother found this search history and was able to calmly speak with me
about it. This was when I was able to open up to her and tell her what had been happening to me.
6. I told my mother that my father, the Respondent, had been having sex with me for
the past three (3) years. I relayed to my mother about how I was groomed by my father since I was
six (6) years old, he would buy me gifts in exchange for my silence.
7. After I disclosed to my mother the above details, she took to the hospital for a rape
examination. I also had to undergo interviews by law enforcement. Both of which were extremely
traumatic for a nine (9) year old child.
8. Since this crime I have been in and out of psychiatric hospitals and I have attempted
suicide. I have been in counseling since I was a child and I continue to attend.
9. I was prescribed psychotropic medications just so I would not take my own life.

12. I did recently receive my bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently
applying to graduate schools to get my masters in mental health counselling. My goal is to one day

13. The amount demanded in my claim exceeds any known claims of the convicted
person against me. I believe that success upon my claim is probable and that the monies to which
I am entitled far exceed the amount of the funds referenced above, as a result of the magnitude of
the personal grief and suffering caused by the Respondent, as described above.
14. Based upon the infom1ation above, I ask that OVS bring an application on my
behalf to attempt to restrain temporarily the convicted person or their representative from spending
person"
or otherwise distributing the identified "funds of a convicted through the provisional
remedy of injunction. I intend to sue immediately as noted above. This affidavit may include but
is not limited to the damages I have sustained resulting from the crime herein.
15. I understand that the success of the OVS's application is dependent upon my
prompt initiation of a suit. I understand that the OVS's success depends on whether the convicted
person still has these funds, how quickly the OVS can seek this relief based upon my cooperation,
and whether the Court grants the OVS's application.
16. No previous application to a court for relief regarding such "funds of a convicted
person"
has been made by myself or on my behalf.
