Defendant D’Andra D. Bingham, M.D. Only and would show the Court the following:

Plaintiffs hereby non-suit and dismiss all their claims and causes of action against
Defendant D’Andra D. Bingham, M.D. only, effective immediately, with prejudice to Plaintiffs’
