COME NOW Plaintiffs Hunter Brian and Shelby Scott, individually and as next friends of
L.F.B., a Minor (“Plaintiffs”), as well as Defendants D’Andra D. Bingham, M.D.; Collom &
Carney Clinic Association; CHRISTUS Health Ark-La-Tex d/b/a CHRISTUS St. Michael Health
System; CHRISTUS Health; Susan Elizabeth Keeney, M.D.; and Pediatrix Medical Services, Inc.
d/b/a Pediatrix Medical Group of Texas (“Defendants”), who submit this Motion for Appointment
of a Guardian ad Litem in the above-entitled case pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 173.3
and Texas Government Code § 37.004, and would show as follows:
Plaintiffs and Defendants have agreed to a resolution of this case, subject to the approval
of the Court. Plaintiffs and Defendants agree that an ad litem is necessary and in the best interest
of L.F.B., a Minor. Good cause exists and the parties are in agreement that Lisa Blue should serve

as the Guardian ad Litem for L.F.B., a Minor, considering her experience and expertise in complex
legal matters.

without hearing on this motion by filling out the enclosed order.
