Now comes the Petitioner, Gretchen L. Moufflet, by her attorney, and hereby moves this
court that Catherine L. Oatway be appointed Special Personal Representative for the Estate of
Philippe Gerard Moufflet. In support of this motion, the Petitioner states that in accordance with
G.L. c. 190B, § 3-614, this motion is necessary to preserve the assets of the estate and to secure
the proper administration of the estate. The Petitioner further relies on her attached affidavit in
support of the immediate appointment of the Special Personal Representative.
