(“Plaintiff”) and Defendants GABRIELLE TRUCK LEASING LLC and RICARDO ANDRADE
(“Defendants”), acting through their respective counsel, that Plaintiff hereby discontinues the
above-captioned action against Defendants GABRIELLE TRUCK LEASING LLC and
RICARDO ANDRADE only, with prejudice, and without costs or expenses as_ between Plaintiff
and Defendants.
THE CASE AGAINST DEFENDANT, CHARLOTTE SAVION, IS NOT
DISCONTINUED
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation may be filed
without further notice with the Clerk of the Court.

and delivered (including by facsimile transmission or portable document format (PDF)) in one or
more counterparts, and by the different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when
