       The Court has considered the Unopposed Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice OF Rhett

D. Ricard of Maynard Nexsen, PC, whereby movant seeks to appear with Raj Aujla of Maynard

Nexsen, PC as attorneys for Intervenor Defendants, Bobby T. Y ancey and Curtis L. Maddux.

Counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant do not oppose this Motion.

       It is, therefore, ORDERED         that Rhett D. Ricard of Maynard   Nexsen,   PC   is hereby

admitted pro hac vice as counsel for Intervenor Defendants, Bobby T. Y ancey and Curtis L.

Maddux, and for all further proceedings in this case.
