      $429.20 - Fees and costs
      If no compliance by Defendant, without further hearing Plaintiff may submit ex parte declaration to the
       court of breach of notice and the Court will issue full judgment and writ of possession
      Plaintiff to dismiss case with prejudice within 10 days of compliance
      If Plaintiff does not dismiss case, Defendant may dismiss case with prejudice
      Defendant and Plaintiff agree there is no security deposit
      Defendant agrees to all terms as set forth
