5. The purpose of the organization is to establish and maintain a church. The church is
established to provide a place for the worship of God, to provide for Christian fellowship for
those of like precious faith, to honor the Holy Spirit by our testimony, to provide a structure for
the nurture, challenge and maturing of our members in the Christian faith, to assume our share of
the responsibility and privilege of propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ, both at home and in
foreign lands, which includes ministering to people’s physical, social and spiritual needs through
local churches, missions organizations, and other outreach ministries, and to conduct any and a l ]
lawful activities which may be useful in accomplishing the foregoing purpose.

exclusively for the following purpose: religious, as specified in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1954, and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a
corporation exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1954 or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or by a corporation,
contributions to which are deductible under §170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code or
corresponding section of any future federal tax code. No part of the net earnings of the
corporation shall inure to the benefit of or bedistributable to any member, trustee, director,
officer of the corporation, or any private individual (except that reasonable compensation may be
paid for service rendered to or for the corporation), and no member, trustee, officer of the
corporation or any private individual shall be entitled to share in the distribution of any of the
corporate assets on dissolution of the corporation. No substantial part of the activities of the
corporation shall be carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation
(except as otherwise provided by Internal Revenue Code Section 501(h), and the corporation.

any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
7. Upon the dissolution of the corporation, assets shall be distributed for one or more

disposed of by the Supreme Court of the county in which the principal office of the corporation
is then located, exclusively for such purposes to such organization or organizations, as said Court
shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes.
