It appearing that no action has been taken in this cause, (pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. Pro 1.420 (e) by
filing pleadings, order of court, or otherwise) for a period of ten (10) months, nor an order staying
the action, nor stipulation for stay approved by the court,

IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to Rule 1.0420(e), if no record activity occurs within sixty (60) days following
service of this Notice, and if no stay is issued or approved during the sixty (60) day period, this
action shall be dismissed by:the Court on its own motion, or on the motion of any interested
person, which Notice is herein provided, without further notice, unless a party shows good cause
in writing at least five (5) days before the hearing set on March 22, 2024 at 3:00 P.M., in
COURTROOM 5E, before the Honorable Gabrielle Sanders-morency, concerning why the action
should remain pending.
If a pleading or other paper is filed, unless there is further Order of the Court finding
Good Cause, this hearing shall proceed as a status hearing to determine the status of the case and,
if appropriate, to set this matter for pre-trial, trial and/or case management conference. Counsel
and any pro se litigant must have their calendars with them. Failure to appear shall result in the
Court entering a dismissal without further notice. If the case is disposed of by dismissal or Final
Judgment of all parties prior to the hearing, the hearing will be cancelled. |
