        The Respondent, Brandon Lewis, appears in person and by attorney Joshua I. Tourkow.
The Respondent, Ashley Moore, appears telephonically, and her attorney, Caryn Garton, appears
in person. Argument is heard on the Motion for Continuance of Hearing that was filed by the
Respondent, Ashley Moore on August 7, 2020. The Motion for Continuance 0f Hearing is
granted over the objection 0f Respondent, Bandon Lewis. The hearing 0n the Petition to Modify
Custody, Support and Related Issues that was filed by Respondent, Ashley Moore, on January
30, 2020, the Verified Motion to Modify Custody, Parenting Time and Child Support that was
filed by Respondent, Brandon Moore, on March 5, 2020, as well as the Verified Information for
Rule to Show Cause that was filed by Respondent, Bandon Lewis on May 14, 2020, are set for
hearing 0n August 28, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. (1/2 day) and September 2, 2020 at 9:00 am. (1/2 day)
before Senior Judge James Heuer at the Allen County Courthouse. The parties are ordered to
appear without further notice. The panics shall file and exchange Witness Lists and Exhibits
seven (7) days prior to trial and discovery shall close seven (7) days prior t0 trial. A11 cunent
orders of the Cougt shall remain in full force and effect. The parties shall exchange the minor     .
