KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That |, Joyce S. Royal, a resident of Trumann, Poinsett County, Arkansas, and
being of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
other wills or codicils made by me at any time heretofore.

| am married to Talmadge L. Royal and my only children are Suzanne R.
Rhea, Aian S. Royal and Yvonne R. Lamberth.
2 | direct that my executor or executrix, as soon as practicable after my
death, pay all my just debts not barred by statute of limitation, including expenses of
last illness, burial and grave marker and such other items and claims, including taxes,
as may properly be chargeable against my estate. Such debts, taxes and expenses
may be paid without formal claims being presented and without previous authorization
or approval of any Court.
3 | make the following specific bequest:
(a) | give and bequeath to my spouse a life estate to the income generated by
my stock in R. B. Spencer Farms, Inc. Said life estate shall entitle my spouse to the full
benefit and use of the income from said stock during my spouse’s life but shall not
entitle my spouse to sell or encumber said stock shares. Upon the death of my spouse

or if my spouse does not survive me, | give and bequeath my stock in R. B. Spencer
Farms, Inc. to my beloved children, Suzanne R. Rhea, Alan S. Royal and Yvonne R.
Lamberth, in equal parts, share and share alike, per stirpes.
4 | give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real or personal and wherever situated, to my beloved husband,
Talmadge L. Royal.
5. In the event that my husband, Talmadge L. Royal, should predecease me,
!then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal and wherever situated, to my children, namely, Suzanne R. Rhea,
Alan S. Royal and Yvonne R. Lamberth, in equal parts, share and share alike, per
stirpes.
6 | reserve the right, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §28-25-107 to
make disposition of tangible personal property by attaching or associating with this Will,
subsequent to its execution, a written and dated statement signed by me or in my
handwriting designating the beneficiaries of items of tangible personal property.
7 | hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Talmadge L.
Royal, as executor of my estate under this Will and request and direct that he be
permitted to serve without bond. In the event that my husband, Talmadge L. Royal,
does not survive me or for any reason becomes unwilling or unable to serve as
executor, | appoint my three children, Suzanne R. Rhea, Alan S. Royal and Yvonne R.
Lamberth, as co-executors in substitution or succession to said nominee. | direct that
whomever may serve be permitted to do so without bond. Should any issue arise
regarding the distribution of my estate, the agreement of two of the three co-executors
shall resolve the issue. During the course of administration my personal representative

shall have and may exercise al powers enumerated for executors provided in the
Arkansas statutes. Additionally, | empower my executor to sell, lease or mortgage any
property, real or personal, publicly or privately, without an order of the court and without
notice to anyone, upon such terms and conditions as shall seem best to said executor.
| further permit any of the beneficiaries named herein to enjoy the use in kind during
probate of this Will of any tangible personal property, and to settle, compromise, or pay
any claims, including taxes, asserted in favor of or against me or my estate.
8 if my spouse shall die as a result of the same accident, epidemic or
calamity that shall cause my death and under circumstances which make it difficult to
determine which of us survived the other, it shall be presumed that my spouse survived
me.

2008, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, who, at my request, attest the
same in my presence and in the presence of each other.

WE, the undersigned, on oath state:
We are the subscribing witnesses to the attached written instrument dated the
a day of April, 2008, which purports to be the Last Will and Testament of JOYCE S.
ROYAL; that the TESTATRIX signed the instrument at the end thereof, declared same
to be her Will, and requested that we attest her execution thereof; whereupon, in the
presence of the TESTATRIX, each of us signed our names as respective witnesses. At
the time of the execution of the instrument, the TESTATRIX appeared to be over the
age of 21 years, of sound mind, and acting without undue influence, fraud or restraint.
