by Assignment of Mortgage dated August 4, 2014 and recorded in the Albany County Clerk's
Office on August 19, 2014, in Liber 6851, Page 659. Said Mortgage was assigned from Bank of
America, N.A. to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by Assignment of Mortgage dated June 9, 2015 and
recorded in the Albany County Clerk's Office on June 17, 2015, in Liber 6962, Page 1135.
