        Plaintiff Chris Pleasant offers this brief response to Transocean’s letter several hours ago
once again grasping for any reason to continue this trial using inaccurate and incomplete
information. First, Mr. Pleasant disclosed to Transocean in discovery responses on January 20,
2023 that he was treating with Dr. Kandavar for his kidney failure. Defendants failed to seek Dr.
Kadavar’s deposition for at least 10 months with…
