or implied, all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Mortgage, Assignment of Leases

LLC, a Delaware limited liabiljty company, to and for the benefit of Assignor, and recorded on May 26,
2021 as City Register File Number 2021000195404, in the official records ofNew York County, New York
("Security Instrument"), which Security Instrument affects that certain real property situated in the County
of New York in the State of New York and more particularly described in Exhlbit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

This Assignment of Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture
Filing (this "Assignment"), made and effective as of O"-( \:j _, 2021, shall be governed in all
respects by the laws of the state in which the Security Instruinent was recorded. This Assignment shall

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Manhattan, City,
County and State of New York lying below and not above a horizontal limiting plane at elevation 117 .06
feet, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Vesey Street at or opposite the centre of a certain party
wall standing partly on the premises herein described and partly on the premises adjoining on the west,
distant 232 feet 5-3/4 inches (survey 232 feet 6-1/4 inches) westerly from the comer fonned by the
intersection of the northerly line of Vesey Street and tbe westerly line of Broadway;
RUNNING THENCE northerly and parallel or nearly so with Church Street and through the centre of said
party wall and a line in continuation thereof 101 feet 2-3/4 inches (survey 100 feet 11-1/4 inches) to the
southerly line of premises secondly described in apportionment agreement recorded in Office of the New
York County Register in Liber 3701 page 495;
TIIENCE easterly along said southerly side or line of said premises and parallel or nearly so with the
