You must answer this Complaint by filing a written Answer with the Clerk of Court, by you or your attorney, within
20 days of the date you receive this Summons (you have 23 days if you were served by mail). The Indiana Trial
Rules also require you to serve a copy of your Answerto the Plaintiff's attorney by mailing it to the address below.
If you do not file a written Answerto the Plaintiffs Complaint within the time specified above, a default judgment
may be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded. If you do not dispute the claim, you may contact
Plaintiffs counsel to discuss a resolution.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising out of the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert
it in your written Answer.
