petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on or about the 12th day of September 2018. The Court and all other
parties are stayed from proceeding to judgment or even dismissal of this case and any action taken by a
court in violation of the bankruptcy stay is void. Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the clerk of the Court
shall close this file and remove it from the active docket of pending cases assigned to this Court until such
time that the Court shall order the case reinstated to the docket of the active pending cases assigned to this
Court. The parties are ordered to advise this Court instanter upon notice of the stay being lifted or any
other action which would allow this matter to proceed in this Court.
