COMES NOW the Petitioner, by and through counsel and moves the Court to enter its order
making an emergency appointment of guardianship of the minor child, __M                                and
in support of said motion states:

because they are deceased.

The child will require enrollment in school, medical care and support following the death of her
father who was her custodial parent.

It is in the best interest of the child that this court enter its order granting guardianship of the
minor child on an emergency basis.
