Neuro intact, reading a book.
His laceration is very superficial, although wound edges are difficult to bring together given lack of depth is not amenable
to suture. Discussed pros and cons of steri strip vs glue. Will proceed with due understanding may not be able to achieve
wound edge positioning that is ideal, probably small scar, mom is aware^'*^^^
