Irepresent the Plaintiff, Williams Legacy Estate, LLC, in this matter and on a regular
basis.
Plaintiff operates the apartment complex in Monticello, Arkansas known as Williams
Estates Apartments.
I have reviewed the title to this land that is the subject of this action located at 233
West College Ave., Apartment B1, Monticello, AR 71655.
The Plaintiffis the rightful owner of this land. They acquired title pursuant to a deed
dated January 24, 2022 in the land records of Drew County, Arkansas.
Plaintiff is lawfully entitled to possession of the lands located at 233 West College,
Ave., Apartment B1, Monticello, AR 71655.
Defendant, Malesceia Carter, unlawfully detains this land. Lawful demand
was made
for her to surrender this land to Plaintiff,

8. Plaintiff provided Malesceia Carter with written notice on February 15, 2024 that
she was to vacate the property by February 22, 2024 Malesceia Carter has failed to
do so.
Malesceia Carter has refused to surrender or vacate the premises at 233 West
College Ave., Apartment B1, Monticello, AR 71655.
10. As of today’s date, Malesceia Carter remains in the property at 233 West College
Ave., Apartment B1, Monticello, AR 71655.
11. She unlawfully detains this land as she remains after notice was given that she was
to leave.
12, Plaintiffs are entitled to the land currently detained by Malesceia Carter.
