(“Plaintiff’ or “Lender”). 2. I am a representative of Plaintiff who is responsible for the account that is the subject of the above-captioned action. As such, I am fully familiar with the facts and circumstances contained herein, and know the same to be true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief. A true and correct copy of the Judgment, along with supporting papers filed in connection therewith by Plaintiff, is attached hereto as Exhibit A 4 The Judgment was assigned by RBS Citizens N.A. to Origen Capital Investments II, LLC pursuant to that certain Assignment of Judgment dated April 8, 2016 (“Assignment”). The Assignment was filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on September 2, 2016. A true and correct copy of the Assignment is attached hereto as Exhibit B 5 Statutory interest has continued to accrue on the Judgment at the judgment rate since the entry of the Judgment. 6. To date, Defendants have not paid any monies to Plaintiff on account of the Judgment. 7 As of January 22, 2024, the Judgment is in the amount of: (a) $108,538.03; plus (b) accrued interest in the amount of $120,807.29 [$26.76 per diem (9% per annum) from and after September 13, 2011 (4,514 days)], for a total of $229,345.32 8 Plaintiff desires to renew said Judgment, in order to cause the Judgment to remain a lien on any real property owned by the Defendants for an additional ten (10) years from the date that is ten (10) years from the entry of the Judgment.
