                                TO AMEND COMPLAINT

               THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend
        Complaint, and the Court having considered said Motion, noting that the parties are in agreement,
        and otherwise being advised in the premises, it is hereby,
               ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
               1.     Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint is hereby GRANTED.
               2.     Plaintiff shall file her amended Complaint within 7 days of the date of this order.
               3.     Defendant Discount Tire, Co. shall have 30 days from said filing to answer and/or
                      otherwise respond to said Amended Complaint.
