be disposed of pursuant to Court Order unless you file an objection to said disposition in this office
within forty-five (45) days of your receipt of a copy of this Notice of Intent. Said exhibits and/or
evidence have been retained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for a period of ninety (90) days after
judgment became final AND no appeal or collateral attack is pending or can be made at this point.
For non-criminal proceedings, the exhibits will be delivered to any party or attorney of record
calling for them prior to the date set forth above, pursuant to rule 2.430, with preference given to the
party or attorney of record who introduced them into evidence or had them marked for identification. In
compliance with the above referenced rules, the exhibits may be claimed and receipted for in person,
within forty-five (45) days from the date of this letter. If no claim is made by 04-07-2024, all exhibits
will be scheduled for destruction. Appointments must be made to claim exhibits by calling 941-833-
