NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending in
this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff and against the above-named
Defendants and filed herewith the Office of the Orange County Clerk of the foreclosure of a
Mortgage, dated April 5, 2006, executed by the Defendants, Amanda Farrington and David A.
Farrington, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Center of
Volusia County, to secure the sum of $314,100.00, which Mortgage was duly recorded in the

mortgage was assigned on April 2023 to Barclays Mortgage Trust Mortgage-
13, 2022-RPL1,
Backed Securities, Series 2022-RPL1, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee
and said assignment was recorded in the Orange County Clerk's Office on April 19, 2023 in Book
15408, Page 1541.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the mortgaged premises affected by the said
foreclosure action, were at the time of the commencement of this action and at the time of the
filing of this Notice situated in the County of Orange and State of New York, designated as 22
Poplar Street, Cornwall, NY 12518 designated as Section 21, Block 8, Lot 15, and are more fully
described in Schedule A annexed hereto.
The Orange County Clerk is directed to index this Notice to the names of Defendants,
DAVID A. FARRINGTON AKA DAVID FARRINGTON; AMANDA C. FARRINGTON AKA
AMANDA FARRINGTON, and against the following parcels of property shown on the official
Tax Map of the County of Orange, as follows:
