SERVICES LLC , verified on February 13, 2024, an application will be made at an IAS
Motion Part of this Court, to be held at the Courthouse, 1 COURT STREET, RIVERHEAD,
NY 11901 on the day of Ó, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as
counsel can be heard, for a Judgment in favor of the petitioner and against the respondent
CHASE BANK, for all restrained funds in the name of the judgment debtor up to the
balance due on the judgment, pursuant to Sections 5225 and 5227 of the CPLR, on
account of the Judgment entered in the SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW
YORK, COUNTY OF SUFFOLK on July 22, 2010, in the sum of $5,176.29, in favor of the
petitioner and against the judgment debtor, on the grounds that the respondent, MARY
SILVERMAN, is indebted to said judgment debtor.
