       This matter having been opened to the Court via Motion to Quash and for a Protective

Order by Megan Muoio, Esq. of Allyn & Fortuna LLP, attorneys for Defendants LEOR MOSHE

and 120 WHITESVILLE LLC (“Defendants”), and Plaintiff BLUEBERRY FUNDING LLC

(“Plaintiff”) [not] having filed opposition thereto, and the Court having considered the papers

submitted by the parties, and good cause having been shown,

       IT IS on this 2nd day of February ORDERED as follows:

       1.     The motion of Defendants to quash the Subpoena Duces Tecum on Rabbinical

Court of Maysharim, dated December 29, 2023, is granted;

       2.       The motion of Defendants to quash the Subpoena Duces Tecum on Michael Cohen,

CPA, dated December 29, 2023, is granted;

       3.       The motion of Defendants to quash the Subpoena Duces Tecum on Kanarek and

Company, dated December 29, 2023, is granted;

       4.       The motion of Defendants for a protective order is granted;

       5.       A copy of this Order must be served upon counsel for the Defendants within seven

(7) days of the date hereof.
