           COMES NOW, Defendants, CARDINAL LOGISTICS AND DAVID SAN MIGUEL’S,

in the above-styled and numbered cause and files this Notice of Hearing on the following:

      1.   Defendants Cardinal Logistics and David San Miguel’s Hybrid Motion for Partial
           Summary Judgment as to Gross Negligence Claims;

      2.   Defendant Cardinal Logistics’ Hybrid Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to all
           “Direct” Claims.
