"PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on November 28, 2022, respondents COUNTY OF CONTRA
COSTA, et al., lodged the certified administrative record for the above-captioned litigation with
Department 39 of the Contra Costa County Superior Court, 725 Court Street, Martinez, California.
In accordance with California Rule of Court 3.2207 and directions from Department 39, the
administrative record meets the following requirements:
1. The record is organized substantially in accordance with California Rule of Court 3.2205
and includes the materials specified in that tule and in Public Resources Code 21167.6.
2. The index and record are generally in PDF format, excepting that certain files in the record
10 were retained in their native format. These files include, but are not limited to, recordings of the May
11 3, 2022, Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors meeting (AR 001707) and the March 30, 2022,
