HEREINABOVE, comes Oralia Olivo a/k/a Oralia Boswell, and Ken Boswell, dba
Atlas Energy Construction/Commissioning, L.L.C., collectively the Defendants within
this cause, and file their motion, permitting, letting, and granting Attorney of Record
Rebecca Vela, and Rebecca Vela, P.C., whom represent the Defendants in this cause
to withdraw from this case as the Defendant’s representative, considering the
circumstances of the Defendant’s request stated as follow;
1. Atty. Rebecca Vela provide the Defendant’s an itemized cost statement for her
services,
2. Atty. Rebecca Vela hand deliver to the Defendant’s, the Defendant’s case file
literature on that same instance of withdrawal
3. Atty. Rebecca Vela be of recognition referencing the itemized cost statement for
Atty. services and/or if overpayment occurred, Counselor to reimburse
Defendants with the prorated amount. P. 1 of 3.
Wl-IEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Defendants file their motion not
retaining their Counselor against her own free will, not wanting to continue representing
the Defendants in this cause.
