WHEREAS the Summons and Verified Complaint in this action having been duly served
on Defendant TURF PROS LLC, and Defendant BRYN D BROWN, (collectively, the
"Defaulting Defendants"), and said Defaulting Def-endants having failed to plead or otherwise
defend in this action as Defaulting Defendants' time to Answer or otherwise move with regard
thereto has expired;
WHEREAS Plaintiff seeks the entry of default judgment against the Defaulting
