COUNT I: (AS TO TAIRA COBB)
1 The Plaintiff, 1-36 Jaidee Drive Associates, LP, P.O. Box
973, Rocky Hill, Connecticut, is the record owner of certain premises
located at 31 Jaidee Drive, East Hartford, Connecticut.
2 On or about April 1, 2023 the Plaintiff leased to the
Defendant, by written lease for a term of one year, at a monthly
rental amount of $1,233.00 per month, payable on or before the first
day of each month the following premises to wit: 31 Jaidee Drive,
East Hartford, Connecticut.
3 The Defendant entered into possession of said premises under
said lease and have ever since continued to hold possession thereof.
4 The Defendant’s lease has terminated due to nonpayment
of rent due for the month of November 2023.
5. On or about December 6, 2023, the Plaintiff gave due notice
to the Defendant to quit Possession of the Premises on or before
January 11, 2024, a copy of said notice being attached hereto.

Although the time designated in the Notice to Quit for
the Defendant to vacate and quit possession of the Premises has
passed, the Defendant still continues in possession.
WHEREFORE, The Plaintiffs claim:
1 Immediate possession of the premises.

COUNT II: (AS TO JANE DOE)
A. The Plaintiff, 1-36 Jaidee Drive LP,
Associates,
P.O. Box 973, Rocky Hill, Connecticut, is the record owner
of certain premises located at 31 Jaidee Drive, East Hartford,
Connecticut.
2 The Defendants possess and occupy the premises
known as 31 Jaidee Drive, East Hartford, Connecticut.

At: all relevant times the Defendant, Jane Doe,
has entered into the premises with the permission of the
Defendant, Tiara Cobb.
4 The Plaintiff never gave permission to said
Defendant, Jane Doe to enter into possession of the premises.
5 The Defendant Jane Doe, never had nor now has
the right to occupy the premises.
6. On or about December 6, 2023, the Plaintiff gave
due notice to the Defendant to quit Possession of the Premises
on or before January 11, 2024, a copy of said notice being
attached hereto.

Although the time designated in the Notice to
Quit for the Defendant to vacate and quit possession of the
Premises has passed, the Defendant still continues in
possession.
I hereby certify that I have personal knowledge of the
Plaintiff's Financial Responsibility and deem it sufficient
to pay the costs of this action.
