        THE STATE OF FLORIDA:

        To Each Sheriffof Said State:

        YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to serve this Summons and a copy of the Verified
        Complaint for Foreclosure of Mortgage and Lis Pendens in this action upon Defendant:

               THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF ITS AGENCY,                            THE
               SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
               C/O U.S. ATTORNEY FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA
               400 NORTH TAMPA STREET, SUITE 3200
               TAMPA, FL 33602

        or, in the alternative, pursuant to and agreeable with FLORIDA LAW and in particular FLORIDA
         STATUTES, Chapter 48, by serving process in the following manner:

(a)   on the President or Vice President, or other head of the Corporation; and in his absence;
       (b)   on the Cashier, Treasurer, Secretary, or General Manager; and in the absence of all of
       the    above;
       (c)   on any Director; and in the absence of all of the above; or
       (d)   on any Officer or Business Agent residing in the State.

Each Defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint, upon Plaintiff's attorney:

(60) days after service of this Summons on that Defendant, exclusive of the day of service, and to
file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's
attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against
that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
