MOTION TO DISMISS
Pursuant to § 10-30 of the Connecticut Rules of Court, the Defendants, Deanna Sarra,
Executrix of Estate of Aaron Sarra and Law Offices of Aaron W. Sarra, LLC, hereby move to
dismiss plaintiffs complaints due to a lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter. As set forth in
the attached Memorandum of Law, the plaintiff filed three bankruptcy cases in the United States
District Court, most recently in 2019 and failed to list the claims alleged in the two consolidated
cases in her Schedules of assets. Because the claims in the captioned matters are unscheduled,
pre-petition claims and they have not been abandoned, the plaintiff does not own those claims,
and has no standing to assert them. In addition, plaintiffs failure to schedule the claims in her
bankruptcy schedules judicially estops the plaintiff from pursuing the actions in Superior Court.
WHEREFORE, the defendants move to dismiss the captioned lawsuits.

Sarra, LLC, hereby move to dismiss plaintiffs complaints due to a lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter. As set forth in the attached Memorandum of Law, the plaintiff filed three bankruptcy cases in the United States District Court, most recently in 2019 and failed to list the claims alleged in the two consolidated cases in her Schedules of assets. Because the claims in the captioned matters are unscheduled, pre-petition claims and they have not been abandoned, the plaintiff does not own those claims, and has no standing to assert them. In addition, plaintiffs failure to schedule the claims in her bankruptcy schedules judicially estops the plaintiff from pursuing the actions in Superior Court.
