           That on November     21, 2023 at 7:40 AM 5 Prospect Steet, Rhinebeck, NY 12572, deponent served the within Summons, Notice
           of Petition and Verified Petition and Complaint, RJI, Affidavit of Support, Memorandum of Law in Support, and Notice of
           Electronic Filing on Lawrence Bell, the respondent therein named.

           ____Military            I asked the person spoken to whether   defendant was in active military service of the
                Service            United States or New York in any capacity whatever and received a negative reply.
                                   Defendant wore ordinary civilian clothes and no military uniform. The source of my
                                   information        and grounds          of my belief are the conversations             and observations          above
                                   narrated.
