NOTICE OF RULING RE DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR ORDER STAYING
ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT; SETTING OF TRIAL SETTING CONFERENCE
2. The Court Will delay signing and enforcing the Order Re: Preliminary Injunction
until January 31, 2024, and impose the following conditions in the interim:
a) Business involving the ingress or egress 0f trucks, machinery or equipment;
the movement or operation 0f trucks, trailers, machinery, 0r equipment 0n the
Property; and truck or machinery repair and maintenance, may only be
conducted between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 am. on days when
Crestmore Elementary School is in session.

b) All trucks, trailers, machinery, equipment, and chemicals must be removed
from the Property by January 3 1, 2024.
10 3. The Trial Setting Conference set for January 3, 2024, is VACATED and a Trial
