This is a financial elder abuse csae that arises from a certified mortgage advisor and a hard money lender who defrauded a
vulnerable and disabled leder. Exploiting the trust placed in them by Plaintiff, Defendants engaged in a deceptive, fraudulent
and predatory scheme that caused Plaintiff to take out a $10,000 loan ultimately causing Plainitff's $1.4 M to be foreclosed on.
