           IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, CONSENTED, AND AGREED                                          by and between the

attorneys for the Plaintiff, JENNIFER GONZALEZ,                               and the attorneys for Defendant, LANE-

VALENTE        INDUSTRIES          INC.!      (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) that the discovery

schedule set forth in the Preliminary Conference Stipulation and Order dated November 1, 2023

is extended as follows:

      1    The Parties deadline to serve Medical Reports and Authorizations shall be extended from

           January 19, 2024 to February 2, 2024;

           Depositions of all Parties shall be completed on or before April 12, 2024.

           The Parties shall serve Demands for Discovery and Inspection and/or Interrogatories by

           February 2, 2024 and the responses to the same shall be served by March 8, 2024.

           This Stipulation may          be executed in one or more                 counterparts, each of which      when

executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and

the same agreement. Execution of this Agreement may be made by facsimile signature, which, for

all purposes, shall be deemed to be an original signature.
