3. JOHANNA LEE O’NEAL died testate on December 31, 2022, in, and was a resident
of the county of San Bernardino, state of California.
4. Decedent's Last Will and Testament dated December 29, 2010, was admitted to
probate by the court's minute order on April 27, 2023. and Letters Testamentary were issued
to petitioner on May 26, 2023, granting him full authority to administer this estate under
the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
5. The notice of death of the decedent has been published for the period and in the
LAW
manner prescribed by law. and the time forfiling or presenting claims has expired. No claims
were filed.
6. A|| debts of the decedent and of her estate have been paid. AII personal propeny
taxes due and payable by the estate have been paid.

7. All assets of the estate are the decedent's separate property.
8. No request for special notice have been filed in this proceeding.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT
1. The administration of the estate of JOHANNA LEE O’NEAL. deceased, is brought
to a close.
2. All acts and transactions of KENNETH O’NEAL, as executor of the estate of the
decedent, as set forth in the Waiver of Account, are confirmed and approved.
3. The executor has in his possession a balance of $404,898.1 3. all of which is cash.
4. The Petition for Final Distribution on Waiver of Account and forApproval of Statutory
Attorney's Fees is allowed and settled.
5. Petitioner is authorized and directed to pay BETTY AUTON-BECK the sum of
$13,000.00 in discharge of statutory attorney's fees;
6. Petitionershall distribute the remaining assets in this estate, consisting of cash held

known or later discovered. shall be distributed to KENNETH O’NEAL, Successor Trustee of
the 2010 AMENDMENT "AND RESTATEMENT OF THE JOHANNA LEE O‘NEAL
REVOCABLE TRUST.
