and the text appeared to be in bold, 14-point type to
Kara Mays s/h/a John Doe #1 at 539 Fulton Street, Waverly, NY 14892 in the manner indicated below:
PERSONAL SERVICE: By delivering a true copy of said documents to the individual personally. The individual served confirmed
their identity at the time of service. An approximate description of Kara Mays s/h/a John Doe #1 is as follows:
Sex: Female color of skin/race: White Color of hair: Brown Age: 40 Height: 5 ft 7 in Weight: 210 lbs.
