  and through undersigned counsel files a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, and hereby releases the Lis Pendens.
           Lot 41, Breckenridge, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6,
           Pages 13 and 14, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.


         WHEREFORE, Plaintiff hereby de-accelerates the loan, withdraws its prior demand for immediate
  payment of all sums secured by the security Instrument and re-institutes the loan as a installment loan.
