Certification of Translation and Validation
I the undersigned, Emanuel Weisgras, an attorney duly admitted before the bars of the State of
New York and the State of Israel, a professional translator, and CEO of Weis Words International
Translations LLC, an ISO 17100:2015 certified professional translation company duly registered
under the law of the State of New York (the “Company”) - do hereby declare and affirm under
penalty of perjury under the laws of New York, which may include a fine or imprisonment,
pursuant to NY CPLR §§ 2106(a) & 2106(b):
1. I translated the following document:
1.1. The affirmation of service of Gershon Kletzki for service of the verified petition and
accompanying documents in Index No. 617709/22 pending before the Supreme Court of
the State of New York, Count of Nassau on Esther Farkovits, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit A, and the translation attached hereto as Exhibit B
from Hebrew to English.
2. The translation of the Hebrew text was done by me, and I am a fluent English speaker and
professional Hebrew to English translator, recognized by the Israel Translators Association
(“ITA”) as a professional translator for Hebrew-English, certificate No. 88.
3. The translation was reviewed and validated by a second translator and the final translation
underwent proofreading and quality assurance to ensure project terminology rules were
adhered to.
4. Both I and the translator who reviewed my work meet the requirements for a professional
translator under the ISO 17100:2015 international standard for translation services.
5. To the best of my knowledge and in my professional opinion, the above translations are a true
and accurate translation of the original source text.
6. I am physically located outside the geographic boundaries of the United States, Puerto Rico,
the United States Virgin Islands, or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction
