X WHEREAS, the instant proceeding was fully submitted to the Court on July 17, 2023, and is currently awaiting determination; and WHEREAS, the parties are in the process of determining whether they may reach an amicable settlement of the matters raised in the petition, which would obviate the need for the Court's review and determination of this matter, and WHEREAS, this matter was previously stayed through December 1, 2023, via Stipulations dated September 15, 2023 and October 25, 2023; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned attorneys for the respective parties herein, as follows: 1. The stay of this proceeding currently in effect is extended, on consent, until January 5, 2024. 2. The stay may be extended upon consent and subsequent stipulation of the parties. 3. If the is not extended upon consent and subsequent stipulation of the stay parties, either party may notify the Court via the e-filing system that the Court may resume its review and determination of this matter. 4. Neither party's rights, remedies, claims or defenses are impaired, impeded, waived, or otherwise impacted by virtue of this Stipulation. 5.
