         The above-captioned matter came on for hearing on                            ,   2024 on Plaintiffs'

Motion for Default Judgment. Appearances are as noted in the record. Based upon all the files,

records, and proceedings herein along with the argument of counsel, the Court makes the following

Order.

         IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

         1.        Plaintiff SJ Computers, LLC, Digital P Enterprises, LLC, and INS Brokers, Inc.

d/b/a ViaTek Solutions' Motion for Default Judgment is            GRANTED;

         2.        Plaintiff SJ Computers, LLC is awarded damaged in the principal amount of

$140,829.76 against Defendants Cameco Technologies,               LLC d/b/a Cameco Computers and Serge

Ngouambe
              —



                  jointly and severally   —
                                              for tortious interference with contractual relationships plus

10% interest on that amount from December 14, 2023 until paid in filll as well as costs and

disbursements as the prevailing party pursuant to §§ 549.02 and 549.04.

       3.        Plaintiff Digital P Enterprises, LLC is awarded damages in the principal amount of

$27,000.00 plus punitive damages in the amount of $27,000.00 against Defendants Cameco

Technologies,    LLC    d/b/a Cameco Computers and Serge Ngouambe          —


                                                                               jointly and severally
                                                                                                       —

                                                                                                           for

Civil Theft under Minn. Stat.       §   604.14 as well as 10% interest on that amount from December l4,

2023 until paid in full and costs and disbursements as the prevailing party pursuant to §§ 549.02

and 549.04.

       4.        Plaintiff INS Brokers, Inc. d/b/a ViaTek Solutions is awarded damages in the

principal amount of $65,020.00 plus a civil penalty totaling $65,020.00 for Issuance of a Worthless

Check under Minn. Stat.       §   604.113, a $30.00 service charge, past and continuing attorneys' fees

totaling $10,406.25 as of January 19, 2024, and 10% interest on $65,020.00 from May 2, 2022

until paid in full as well as costs and disbursements as the prevailing party pursuant to §§ 549.02

and 549.04.

                                                 JUDGMENT

       1.        Based on the foregoing Order, the Court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff             SJ

Computers,    LLC,   and against Defendants Cameco Technologies,          LLC    and Serge Ngouambe         —




jointly and severally
                         —

                             in the amount of $140,829.76 plus 10% interest on that amount from

December 23, 2023 until paid in full along with costs and disbursements to be submitted by

Plaintiff SJ Computers,      LLC and taxed against Defendants Cameco Technologies, LLC and Serge

Ngouambe.

       2.        Based on the foregoing Order, the Court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff Digital

P Enterprises,   LLC,   and against Defendants Cameco Technologies,        LLC    and Serge Ngouambe        —




jointly and severally    —
                             in the amount of $54,000.00 plus 10% interest on that amount from

December 14, 2023 until paid in full along with costs and disbursements to be submitted by

Plaintiff Digital P Enterprises,   LLC and taxed against Defendants Cameco Technologies, LLC and

Serge Ngouambe.

        3.      Based on the foregoing Order, the Court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff INS

Brokers, Inc. d/b/a ViaTek Solutions, and against Defendants Cameco Technologies,              LLC   and


Serge Ngouambe

                      jointly and severally   —
                                                  in the amount of $140,476.25 plus continuing attorneys'

fees and 10% interest on $65,020.00 from May 2, 2022 along with costs and disbursements to be

submitted by Plaintiff INS Brokers, Inc. d/b/a ViaTek Solutions and taxed against Defendants

Cameco Technologies,      LLC and Serge Ngouambe.
        4.      As there is    no just reason for delay, the Court Administrator shall enter this


judgment immediately herewith.
