3. A modest extension of the deadline for filing an additional response, as set forth
in Rule 1.140, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, is required by Defendant in order to allow for the
action to be dismissed without Defendants having to invest the time and financial resources to
prepare a response to the complaint.
4. This Motion is not made for purpose of undue delay or any other improper
