ORDER
This cause coming before the court for Pretrial Conference on May 2, 2023, via zoom, and
presentment of Petitioner’s, ANNA BILTON (“Anna”), Motion to Compel Discovery Compliance
and for Other Relief, counsel for both parties present, the Guardian ad Litem (“GAL”) present, the
court having heard argument from both parties and the GAL, and being fully advised in the
premises:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1 Respondent, CHRISTOPHER BILTON (“Chris”), shall submit. to a PEth test
conducted by TrueTest Labs, 2256 Landmeier Road #A, Elk Grove Village, Illinois (847-258-
we 3966) on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 and every seven (7) days thereafter until'the next court
appearce. Chris is excused from PEth testing while in Colorado as set forth below. PEth test results
shall be sent to counsel for each party and the GAL.
2 Chris has indicated that he will be attending a program in Colorado from May 30,
2023 through June 2, 2023.
3 Chris shall have parenting time with Wesley and Henry on Sunday, May 7, 2023
and shall take them to their scheduled lacrosse tournament, followed by parenting time with all of
the minor children until 8:00 p.m. The times of the tournament are determined by progress in prior
\ games and is currently unknown.

v 4 Chris shall have additional parenting time with all of the minor children on May
10, 2023, May 17, 2023, and May 24, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
5 Chris shall have additional parenting time from May 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until
May 14", 2023 at noon, and May 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., until May 28, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.
6 Chris shall obtain a new Soberlink device and shall submit to Soberlink tests at
6am, noon, 6pm, and 10 p.m. each day until the next court appearance. Notifications shall be sent
directly to counsel for Chris, counsel for Anna, the GAL, and Anna. Chris is excused from
Soberlink testing while he is at the treatment program in Colorado.
7 If Chris tests positive for alcohol on the Soberlink device (a missed test shall be
considered a positive test) during his parenting time, Chris’s parenting time shall immediately
terminate and the children shall be returned to Anna, and Chris’s remaining parenting time set
forth in this order shall be suspended.
8 Neither, parent shall discuss the testing.requirements and/or any aspect of the
current litigation as set forth in the Temporary Parenting Order entered March 16, 2023.
9 Anna’s Motion to Compel Discovery Compliance and for Other Relief is entered

10. This matter is set for status on parenting time and compliance with Soberlink testing
