PLEASE BE ADVISED, the disclosure sought by this subpoena relates to the assault and
battery of Briana Clark which occurred on January 19, 2023 at about 11:45pm at 1595 Broadway,
Brooklyn, NY in front of GEMS BAR EVENT SPACE LLC. The incident was reported to the
NYPD and assigned complaint number 2023-083-000532.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that you must bring with you at the aforementioned time and
place the following items related to the aforesaid incident:
Police Incident Reports;
Police Investigation Reports:
Body Camera Video taken by all officers/supervisors/detectives who responded
to incident including, but not limited to, any Body Camera Video footage of
any surveillance videos from Gems Bar Event Space LLC or any neighboring
businesses surveillance cameras:
Video taken at the scene or in the course of any investigation;

liable to the person on whose behalf this subpoena was issued for a penalty not to exceed fifty dollars
and all damages sustained by reason of your failure to comply.
