Motion, reviewed the court file, and is otherwise duly advised in the premises. Therefore, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1 Plaintiff shall respond to Defendants’ Motion to Strike Testimony and Evidence
Related to Plaintiff's May 13, 2021 Surgery, Subsequent Treatment Related to Same, and Other
Undisclosed Treatment/Bills within ten (10) days from the date of this Order.
2. Defendants shall then have five (5) days in which to file an optional reply.
