ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE,
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Order to Show
Cause for Failure to Obey Subpoena, filed on February 22, 2022. Having considered the
Motion, reviewed the court file, and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds as
follows:
Defendants move for an order directing Non-Party Conduent Payment Integrity
Solutions to show cause why it should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with
Subpoena for Virtual Videotaped Deposition Duces Tecum. Upon review, Defendants
failed to attach a return of service demonstrating Non-Party Conduent Payment Integrity
was properly served. Therefore, it is ORDERED Defendants’ Motion for Order to Show
Cause for Failure to Obey Subpoena is DENIED without prejudice.
