Petitioners.
1 Petitioners say that each of them has been a resident of the State of Ohio
for more than six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of the Petition.
2 Petitioner, MARCUS BALLINGER, states that he is a resident of Darke
County, Ohio, and Petitioner, ERIN BALLINGER, states that she is a resident of Darke
County, Ohio.
3. Petitioners say they were married in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 24, 2009.
4 Petitioners say there are no minor children born as issue of the parties and
ERIN BALLINGER is not presently pregnant as a result of the current marriage.
5. Petitioners say they have agreed to and voluntarily executed a Separation
Agreement, providing for the division of all property, spousal support and all other
statutory and equitable matters properly before this Court.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioners pray for a Decree of Dissolution, pursuant to
Section 3105.64, Ohio revised Code, dissolving the aforesaid marriage, and that their
Separation Agreement be approved and made a part of the Decree of Dissolution.
