     ORDER FOR UNSUPERVISED PROBATE, FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF
 PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY


         COMES NOW, Shawn D. Roberts and Allison Sprunger of Sprunger & Sprunger, and

having filed a Verified Petition for Unsupervised Probate, for the Appointment of Co-Personal

Representatives, and Issuance of Letters Testamentary in the Estate of Hester R. Harnish for the

purpose of administering said estate, pursuant to the laws of the State of Indiana governing

unsupervised administration, which Petition is now submitted to the Court.

         COMES NOW, Shawn D. Roberts and Allison Sprunger of Sprunger & Sprunger,

having filed Oaths of Co-Personal Representatives and now submit the same to the Court.

         And the Court having examined said Petitions and Oaths and being duly advised in the

premises now finds as follows:

         IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, the decedent’s estate shall be

probated, Petitioners should be appointed Co-Personal Representatives, letters testamentary shall

be issued and the Petitioners should be authorized to proceed under statutory provisions of the

Indiana Code governing unsupervised administration of estates.
