$1,097.00, with accrued interest pursuant to CPLR Sections 5001 and 5004 in
the amount of $84.41, as well as interest from December 30, 2023, a SUNY
late payment fee and/or returned check fee in the amount of $160.00, plus
the costs and disbursements of this action.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, in case of your failure to appear,
judgment will be entered against you by default for the relief demanded in
the notice set forth above, together with interest, costs, disbursements
and fees authorized by law.
Plaintiff designates Chautauqua County as the place of trial. The basis of
the venue is that the defendant resides at 2996 N Main Street Ext,
Jamestown, NY 14701-9677.
